Meditation For the Busy Mind
I recognize that it can feel intimidating to sit across from someone and share the most vulnerable moments of your life. Some people would rather walk and talk it often helps the exchange flow more naturally.
There are times when getting to an office can be difficult or impossible. Confidential video sessions are available for those times.
The first group is for people who never thought they would be able to meditate. Groups are small with only 3 or 4 participants learning together to quiet the overwhelmed mind.
Most participants choose to take the second round of classes to further expand understanding of their inner light. This class also takes a much deeper dive into meditation.
